How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?

Most projects take 2–4 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. You’ll know the timeline before we start, and you’ll get daily updates so nothing feels like a mystery.

What does "fixed pricing" actually mean?

The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. We scope thoroughly upfront to avoid surprises. If something truly unforeseen is uncovered or you request changes, we review options with you and approve everything in writing before moving forward.

Who's actually in charge of my project?

Sam Tidwell, the founder. Same person on day one as day last. He plans the project, coordinates the crew, and personally conducts the final inspection. You’ll never get a call from someone you’ve never spoken to.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

No catch. Sam will look at your space, hear what you’re envisioning, and tell you what’s realistic within your budget. If we’re not the right fit, he’ll say so. That conversation costs you nothing but a little time.
